New Sidewalks, Bike Lanes Coming to Denver

Posted at 03/13/2019 09:33 AM by Pat O'Connor

Steel yourselves for spring and summer construction delays. And in this case, it affects bikes and pedestrians, too.

In case you missed it, Denver voters unanimously approved measure 2A last November to fund transportation projects around the city. The passage of this ballot initiative, which raised the local sales tax by .25 percent, ensures the construction of 33 new miles of sidewalks and nearly 50 miles of protected bike lanes and neighborhood bikeways throughout the community.

    “You mean DIA,” she said.

Moving to Denver from the Bay Area?

Posted at 11/05/2018 12:39 PM by Jennifer Black

With that being said, I think Californians coming to Denver from the Bay Area will appreciate Denver for the very reason it is so different. Whether you are moving to Denver because you were relocated for work, or because you are looking for a change, the Mile High City has tons to offer for an incredible lifestyle.

Best Restaurants Near Cherry Hills Village

Posted at 10/08/2018 12:01 PM by Usaj Realty

Located just a short drive south of downtown Denver, Cherry Hills Village is one of the most affluent cities in the United States. This tony enclave is known for its pastoral setting and diverse and sprawling estate homes. Founded in 1945, Cherry Hills Village is well situated with stunning views of the Front Range of the Rocky Mountains. The city has prided itself on its vast residential lots and little commercial development with residents making the trade-off of having to go a bit further to find larger shopping complexes and other conveniences. There are, however, many dining options within a short drive, allowing residents to have the best of both worlds when it comes to enjoying a quiet life with incredible eateries within easy reach.
