Neighbors Wine Bar
Exuding great ambiance and an extensive offering of beer, wine and cocktails, Neighbors Wine Bar has become a favorite go-to venue. The beverage options are matched only by the wide selection of charcuterie, soup/salad offerings, small shared plates and mouth-watering panini sandwiches. Patrons love the signature back bar which features a combination of authentic brick creased by artistic plasterboard. DANG Soft Serve Ice Cream

As the latest member of Little Man’s stable of ice cream purveyors, DANG is a key part of the new Oneida Park development. The “cool” of the establishment is reflected not only in its sweet delights but the retro surroundings. The flavors are insane as are all the toppings from which you can choose (and don’t forget to try the fries, but not on the ice cream)! Inside you can “sit in your hands” chairs and weigh-in on the purple and pink miasma of colors. Outside, let your kids run wild on the artificial turf while you soak up on the sun on the benches. And like its other locations, Little Man brings its philanthropy to Park Hill. DANG’s Scoop for Scoop program celebrates the arts by donating a portion of proceeds to young artists and musicians in the neighborhood.

The Local Butcher
Not all neighborhoods are created equal and Park Hill is especially blessed in having its very own butcher shop and deli. The Local Butcher is a full service butcher shop providing the neighborhood with Colorado raised choice and prime beef (aged a minimum of 21 days for tenderness and flavor). Looking for pork and chicken? They have that in addition to lamb and a bevy of homemade sausages. The full-service deli offers yummy fresh sandwiches, charcuterie and cheese. Offering plenty of free parking, you can visit the Local Butcher Monday, Wednesday-Saturday, 9 a.m.-6 p.m. and Sundays, 10 a.m.-4 p.m. Closed on Tuesdays.
