With some stunning amenities and conveniently located behind Union Station, this $200 million project has a few brand new homes still available for purchase. DenverInfill broke the news on this exciting new 314-condo Arapahoe Square project in November, which is still in the planning phases as of the start of 2020. With 22 stories, the project will absorb the space of a current parking lot bounded by Champa, Stout and Park Avenue.
Steps away from Denver's Crestmoor Park, these new construction condos (built in 2018) still have a couple left available for purchase.
