With a focus on creating a community hub, Drip opened its doors in 2012. Making its home in the upscale Beauvallon complex, Drip creates handcrafted beverages such as coffee, espresso and homemade chai tea. Drip is unique in that it also offers craft beer, wine and other specialty liquors that can be enjoyed with their menu of light meals and snacks.

Hudson Hill

Part coffee shop, part cocktail lounge, Hudson Hill breaks the mold with its melding of two distinct offerings. The interior is casual enough to create a low-key coffee house feel, but with modern industrial-style edges, it also easily morphs into an upscale lounge. A traditional coffeehouse menu is filled with standards, but also includes a couple of more adventurous offerings like Mimosas or Bloody Marys. Homemade pastries and light snacks round out the menu, making a stop at Hudson Hill perfect any time of day or night.

Pablo’s Coffee

As one of the trailblazers in the movement to roast beans locally, Pablo’s Coffee is a Denver favorite. Established in 1995, Pablo’s Coffee has made a name for itself as one of the city’s most venerable coffee purveyors, and its Capitol Hill location continues the tradition. Warm finishes such as a beetle kill pine coffee bar and rich walnut tables creates a cozy spot to relax and read, or meet up with friends. Over a dozen whole bean selections are served every day including their signature blends, African and Arabian blends, and Indonesian varieties.

Amethyst Coffee

Located in a modern building on Broadway, Amethyst Coffee is a sleek coffeehouse with a lot of personality. Large windows flank the width of the shop and rocking chairs are scattered about the room, making it bright and welcoming. An outdoor patio and fire pit add to the allure and make it the ideal spot to enjoy a meticulously-crafted beverage. Some of their housemade items include cashew milk and vanilla. Amethyst Coffee’s other house specialties feature delectable pastries and an incredible homemade chia seed pudding that is not to be missed.
