Meet Morgan Washington, a Denver native with an insatiable enthusiasm for life, a strong sense of self, and a passion for the real estate industry. Morgan graduated from Cherry Creek High School and later pursued her degree in criminal psychology at the University of Northern Colorado.

The daughter of entrepreneurs, and inspired by her father’s success in real estate, she chose this exciting industry as her platform to make a mark.

When she’s not helping her clients find their dream homes, you’ll find her at the gym, where she discovered a sanctuary during the pandemic, or spending quality time with Rosie, her beloved American Cocker Spaniel. Music, especially R&B forms her favorite soundtrack.

Described by those who know her as funny, energetic, and open-hearted, she cultivates a welcoming and reassuring atmosphere for her clients.
