Meet Sam Hegedus! Born and raised in Durham, NC, Sam has a competitive spirit with a background in athletics, where she competed in swimming and track during her college years at Duquesne University. After graduating from Physical Therapy school, she began her career in real estate with Berkshire Hathaway in North Carolina.

A year into her career, Sam became licensed in Colorado, where she moved with her husband, Ryan, their son, Reed, and their golden retriever, Levi. She embraces an active lifestyle, engages in triathlons and endurance sports, and coaches athletes nationwide. Samantha is also looking forward to skiing in her new home state.
