Usaj Realty is Proud to Welcome Cyndi Perry
Being naturally calm and levelheaded, Cyndi Perry, Broker Associate, brings that same calmness to her clients as they navigate together through the process of buying or selling a home. Some may even call it her superpower! With strong work ethic and a thorough attention to detail, Cyndi makes sure that her clients feel not only well informed, but also listened to.
A Colorado native and one of the first residents of Highlands Ranch, Cyndi has spent her life living in, loving and learning about the Denver Metro area. When not working towards seamless real estate transactions, you can often find Cyndi with her husband, kiddos and dogs. If they aren’t watching the kids in sports, or cheering on the Broncos, Avalanche, or Nuggets, they are out exploring our beautiful state and camping in their pop-up camper. She’s also always on the hunt for a great patio for wine with friends!
Focusing on her clients’ needs and wants is a top priority and her peacemaking, kind and genuine personality help her successfully meet them in the most positive way possible. Don’t let her calm demeanor fool you, though – with family members in Law and Law Enforcement, she has mastered the art of analyzing details and negotiations. She’ll always have your back and fight for your needs!

🏀 Favorite local sports team
Broncos! But we’ll cheer on any of the Denver teams. =)
4-wheeling, camping, road trips and spending time with family and friends.
🌳 Favorite spots in Denver or Colorado
Love Telluride, Red Rocks, Breweries and anywhere we can set up the pop up near water!
🎧 On rotation (music, podcast, audiobook, etc)
I’m a sucker for 90s country! I can listen to just about anything, though. No audiobooks for me – I like to feel the pages in my hands!
📚 Reading list
I’ll read just about anything! I like a good beach read/romance, or thriller, but don’t usually pick up historical novels.
