☕ Morning routine
I’m up bright and early at 5:00 AM to kickstart my morning routine. First things first, I get my sweat on, usually with a ride on my Peleton. After my workout, I take some time to meditate and visualize how I want my day to unfold. Of course, no morning is complete without a cup of coffee and a dog walk around my neighborhood. After that, I tackle the task of getting myself, and my kids, ready for the day! By around 7:15ish, we’re all set and ready to get out the door!

I usually rely on Instagram, but do a google search and check multiple other credible sources to confirm.

Hockey–Go Denver Avalanche!
👨🌾 Hobbies
All of the outdoor activities! Hiking, Skiing, Fishing, and Playing Golf.
🌳 Favorite spots in Denver or Colorado
There are too many to name, but here are a few: Red Rocks, Larimer Square, Downtown Golden, The Highlands, Cherry Creek, pretty much any open space, my secret tree runs at Vail, and last but not least, 14er Summits (weather pending of course).
🎧 On rotation (music, podcast, audiobook, etc)
Music- anything but country (okay- maybe some country). Definitely no Eagles or Jimmy Buffett.
