With a background in human biology, Annessa’s interest in a real estate career was sparked through her operations role at a large brokerage firm in Kansas City. This experience, coupled with her market expertise gained in Denver, makes her the perfect partner for your real estate journey.
But Annessa isn’t just about real estate. A multi-talented individual, she can play four instruments – the flute, piccolo, oboe, and the viola. She’s also an avid thrift store shopper, finding powerful stories in pre-loved clothes. Annessa loves to sew, transforming thrifted clothes into unique pieces, and has a knack for flipping furniture and art pieces.
Currently based in Lakewood, CO with her boyfriend Michael, Annessa brings energy, understanding, and reliability to her role, embodying the perfect blend of professionalism and personal touch. Her passion for real estate is as diverse as her talents, and she looks forward to helping clients write their own stories through their real estate ventures.

When I moved here, it was the same year the Denver Nuggets won the NBA championship – I consider myself their good luck charm now. 😉

Hobbies are an important addition to my life! I love kayaking, playing pickle-ball, Interior Design, thrifting, and all things crafty! My Ideal weekend involves at least 1 trip to both Michaels Craft Store and a local thrift spot!
🌳 Favorite spots in Denver or Colorado
There are few things in life I love more than water- making the trip to Grand Lake or even Twin Lakes is ALWAYS worth it. I also love spending time at the STEAM espresso bar in the LOHI neighborhood, great coffee & pastries, and even better company!!
🎧 On rotation (music, podcast, audiobook, etc)
I cannot stop listening to Taylor Swift, whether that includes interviews, concerts, music, or even other podcasts talking about her impact on the entertainment industry. She is a true creative and makes others lives fuller by her presence!
📚 Reading list
I’ll read just about anything! I like a good beach read/romance, or thriller, but don’t usually pick up historical novels.
🖊️ One thing on your desk
A lover of all things stationery! On my desk you can find roughly 100 Stabilo multicolored pens along with locally printed cards for Thank You’s, Birthdays, Holidays, etc. They make a great pair for writing handwritten notes to those closest to me!
🧘 Source of peace
My source of peace, is the time I get to spend at home with my partner making dinner! We try out 1 new recipe a week and spend valuable time together achieving the goal. This also always makes the food taste better 😉
